基于 Cortex?-M23 内核的 GD32E232 光?橄盗。该系列器件集成了片上存储器、按时器、数据转换器和多多接口表设,并提供了全新的可编程机能和紧凑的封装尺寸。GD32E232系列选取4 x 4 mm和3 x 3 mm的幼型封装供货,出格合用于必要精密MCU和空间受限的利用,如光学?椤⒐獾缱弧⒐庀送纭⒒鞠低场⒕芤瞧鳌⒐ひ到谠旌妥远低车。

GD32EPRT 系列MCU支持 SQPI 节造器,用于衔接到拥有串杏注两线和四线并行接口的 SQPI 闪存和 SQPI PSRAM 等内存表设。这使得扩大表部存储资源变得容易,例如移动打印机、显示屏、指纹鉴别、OTA 升级以及其他必要大量 RAM 缓存的场所。新的GD32EPRT专用系列还在芯片上集成了4MB PSRAM,一步到位满足开发需要。
