GD32主流MCU选取当先工艺和主流架构,为开发者提供更强的处置能力、更大的存储容量和更丰硕的片上资源。主流型产品阵容蕴含6大产品系列和13条产品线,合用于工业节造、电机驱动、消费类和手持设备、通讯网络、嵌入式 ?椤⑷嘶缑妗踩捅ň低场⑼夹蜗允尽⑵档己健⒂蜗泛虶PS、电动自行车、物联网等多种利用场景。这些产品为创新利用提供壮大的算力支持,推动嵌入式设计的智能化。

产品线

  • GD32F30x系列选取Cortex?-M4内核,最高主频可达120MHz并支持DSP指令运算。建设了128KB到3072KB的Flash及48KB到96KB的SRAM。支持一系列丰硕的表设资源,持续以更高机能、更低功耗、更方便易用的矫捷性为工控消费及物联网等市场主流畅用注入澎湃动力。

  • GD32F10x系列选取Cortex?-M3内核,主频高达108MHz。片上闪存容量从256KB起最大可至3072KB,RAM容量从32KB到96KB。为宽泛的市场利用提供更多高机能的工业尺度接口。

  • GD32C1x3系列选取Cortex?-M4内核,处置器最高主频可达120MHz,集成了齐全的DSP指令集、并行推算能力和专用单精度浮点运算单元(FPU)。建设了64KB到128KB的嵌入式Flash及20KB到32KB的SRAM。该系列表设资源配置也实现全面加强,重要面向工控物联等主流型利用
